The Chubb Assistance app provides 24/7 targeted travel advice, country reports, cultural information and daily alerts for Chubbs Peoplesure policyholders. The app highlights the services available and includes essential contact details for making a claim or receiving assistance for situations including emergency travel arrangements, medical advice and lost luggage or travel documents whilst abroad.

When registering for the Chubb Assistance app you will be asked to enter a Registration Number, please note this is your Peoplesure policy number which can be located on page 2 of your policy schedule or by speaking to your internal insurance or HR representative.

The Chubb Assistance app requires your iPhone or iPad to run on the latest version of iOS for all app features to be usable.
